Diesel LPG Injection
The process of Diesel LPG injection is always indirect. It is rather injected into the inlet port or inlet manifold instead of directly injecting into the combustion chambers. The reason behind this is ensuring that before the fuel enters the chamber, it gets mixed well with the air.
The LPG is electronically fed into the engine. It is an alternative fuelling system for 2-8 cylinder diesel engines. The system has been based on a very simple mechanism and the physical installation is not difficult with no impact on engine operation.
Gas Injection System
Through the Gas Injection System, the short pulses of nonreactive gases are injected into a vacuum system. A small pressure sensor is used to measure the level of flow. Additionally, as the flow is feedback regulated, the actual flow tends to match the demand.
The Gas Injection System can work in various industries including:
- Automotive
- Furniture industry
- White goods
- Electronics
- Home and garden
- Sport and leisure
- Medical engineering
- Tubing
